We are in search of a Forklift Operator, that is a certified warehouse or manufacturing associate responsible for controlling heavy machinery to move materials around a work site. Their duties include preparing merchandise and securing it for safe, easy transport, using radio communications to determine priorities and performing regular machine maintenance on forklifts and other tools.
Requisitos
Operate forklift to transport materials to and from storage areas, work stations, and within other areas of assignment.
Load, transport, unload and stack materials in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain up-to-date forklift certification.
Communicate non-compliance and/or quality problems to supervisor and/or shift lead. Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to read and understand material tags and work orders.
Ability to use tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
Knowledge of and ability to comply with safety rules and requirements.
Knowledge of and ability to comply with forklift training.
Physical Requirements of the job:
Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, or platforms
Ability to routinely bend and squat
Prior Certification Required
