About the Role
he Maintenance Technicians provide contractor support, maintenance, and repairs, on a broad scope, to the buildings, grounds, and equipment of the company.
Requirements
Performs routine preventative maintenance on all equipment in Moorings Park. Examples: HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, golf carts, generators, pool equipment, fountains, lighting systems, kitchen equipment, etc.
Performs routine maintenance and repairs including soldering and brazing, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical work on various equipment such as: air conditioning, laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, pumps, motors, fans, golf carts, building envelope, doors and hardware, pavers, lighting, pools, fountains, roofs, etc.
Requirements:
Must have 3 years' experience in general building maintenance
High school diploma or GED Vocational training in building and maintenance trades preferred. Must read, write, and speak English. Must be able to interpret technical blueprints and manuals.
